WHO WE ARE

Not a firm. A collective of practitioners.

The Mires Collaborative brings together seasoned practitioners across therapy, coaching, spiritual direction, and organizational consulting, not as separate services under one roof but as a unified ecosystem of care.

OUR FOUNDATION

What holds us together is not a methodology. It’s a conviction.

That the deepest change in a person, a team, or an institution requires attending to the interior life, not just the presenting challenge.

Our practitioners have, collectively, decades of experience inside the industries and institutions they now serve. We know what it costs to be highly competent and quietly depleted. We know how organizations unwittingly strip people of their humanity. And we know that the work of restoration is possible when accompanied wisely.

OUR PEOPLE

Experienced & Formation‑Grounded

Meet the practitioners of The Mires Collaborative are not generalists who happened upon contemplative practice. They are specialists in their respective disciplines who have done, and continue to do, their own interior work, understanding that the credibility of this kind of accompaniment is earned in the living of it, not just the studying of it.
