FOUR DOORS, ONE PRACTICE

Our practice areas.

Four distinct entry points. One integrated philosophy of care. The right door depends on what you’re carrying, and we’ll help you find it.

01 · CLINICAL PRACTICE

Individual & Group Therapy

Licensed clinical work offered by credentialed therapists.

“We are not crisis clinicians. We are companions for people who are asking the questions that competence alone cannot answer.”

Our licensed therapists work with high-achieving professionals, leaders, and organizations navigating complexity, loss, identity disruption, and the aftermath of personal or professional rupture. We do not specialize in pathology. We specialize in people who are functioning at a high level and who know, quietly, that something essential is missing or broken.

MODALITIES

Individual therapy

Curated therapy groups for leaders and professionals

Grief, loss, and life-transition intensives

Our therapy groups are carefully curated, small, invitation-based, and organized around shared developmental terrain rather than diagnosis. They create conditions for the kind of relational honesty that individual work alone cannot produce.

Trauma-informed approaches for identity disruption

02 · DEVELOPMENT PRACTICE

Individual & Group Coaching

ICF-credentialed coaches working at the intersection of professional performance and personal formation.

MODALITIES

“We coach the person behind the title, not just the leader the organization sees.”

Our coaches work with emerging and senior leaders who have mastered the technical dimensions of their role and are encountering the edges of what skill alone can produce. We are less interested in behavior change at the surface level and more interested in the meaning-making structures underneath: the internal operating systems that generate behavior in the first place.

Executive and leadership coaching

Wisdom@Work · cohort leadership coaching

Identity and transition coaching for second-half-of-life leaders

Our group coaching cohorts, including our signature learning experience for emerging leaders, Wisdom@Work, create relational containers for this developmental work. Participants do not simply learn new frameworks; they encounter themselves differently, in relationship with others doing the same.

03 · CONTEMPLATIVE PRACTICE

Individual & Group Spiritual Direction

Offered by seminary-trained and supervised directors. Open to people of all traditions and none. Non-dogmatic. Deeply attentive.

MODALITIES

“We don’t bring God into the room. We simply create the conditions for what has always been present to become noticeable.”

Spiritual direction is the ancient art of attending to what is most alive in a person’s interior life. It is not therapy, not coaching, not mentoring, though it is distinct from and complementary to all three. It asks a simpler and more demanding question than any of them: what is stirring in you, and what is it asking of you?

Individual spiritual direction

Contemplative small group formation

Topical and discernment retreats

Our spiritual directors work with individuals in monthly one-to-one sessions in an unhurried, non-prescriptive manner that provides the spaciousness of the contemplative tradition. Our clients include people with deep religious roots, people who have left religion behind, and people who have never had a name for the interior life they have been living.

04 · ORGANIZATIONAL PRACTICE

Consulting & Leadership Development

Organizational development, culture, and leadership capability-building for professional services firms, non-profits, and mission-driven enterprises.

MODALITIES

“Most organizations don’t have a strategy problem. They have an interiority deficit that has consequences at every level of the system.”

Our organizational consultants bring the same interior attentiveness that grounds our clinical and contemplative work into the domain of teams, systems, and institutions. We are not management consultants. We are organizational development practitioners with deep formation backgrounds, which means we attend to both the presenting organizational challenge and the human interior from which it arises.

Change management and transition facilitation

We serve professional services firms, non-profit organizations, and mission-driven enterprises navigating growth, leadership succession, culture transformation, or the complex terrain of organizational change.
